Tres Leches Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Tres Leches app (the "App"). By using it you agree to them. If you don't agree, please stop using the App. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

Your responsibilities

You must be at least 13 years old, and legally allowed to use the App where you live. Some features need an internet connection, and your mobile carrier may charge for data. Please don't interfere with our servers or network, including by flooding or spamming them.

Accounts

You can create a free account with Sign in with Apple to back up your progress. You can delete your account at any time in the App (Mi cocina > Delete account) or by emailing us. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are broken.

Purchases and subscriptions

Every lesson in Tres Leches is free to learn in order. Optional purchases are made through Apple, and payment is charged to your Apple ID.

Cherries are one-time purchases that each open one lesson early. They are used up when spent, are kept on the phone that bought them, and cannot be transferred.
Tres Leches Pro is a yearly subscription (US$9.99 per year; the price in your country is shown before you buy). It keeps every lesson and character open while it is active. It renews automatically every year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it any time in your Apple ID settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions).
If your subscription ends, you keep your progress, cakes, racha, badges, cherries and every lesson you have finished. Lessons that were open only because of the subscription lock again until you finish the lesson before them or spend a cherry.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. Use reportaproblem.apple.com to ask for one.

Learning content

Lessons, translations, pronunciations and chat replies (including AI-generated ones) are for learning and may contain errors. Please don't rely on them for medical, legal, safety or other critical matters.

Copyright

We respect copyright and expect you to do the same. If you believe the App infringes your copyright, contact info@shorelineanimation.com.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access at any time if you break these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, warranty disclaimers and limits of liability) will survive.

Warranty disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise that content is accurate, complete or error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shoreline Animation and its officers, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for errors in content, interruptions of service, or loss of data arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the App.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
